Civic Reception for the Malealea Expedition Team

On Thursday evening, September 29th, a Civic Reception was held in The Lord Mayor's Parlour for the Malealea Expedition Team.

The Lord Mayor, Cllr. Roger Davison and HRH Prince Seeiso Bereng Seeiso, The Lesotho High Commissioner were treated to an audio visual presentation of The City School's work in Malealea. Invited business leaders from Sheffield and from Timberland UK were amongst the guests.

Timberland UK have supported future work in Malealea via a £16,000 donation. Steve Salt is seen here (centre picture) with the iconic "yellow boot" which was presented to Mr K Dunn in London in September.
